Castlight Service Levels. Castlight’s performance shall be measured against the Performance Standards set forth in this Exhibit G and Castlight shall be assessed penalties, if applicable, as stated below. Performance Standard measurements and Castlight’s obligation to achieve the Performance Standards set under this Exhibit G are in addition to any and all other rights and remedies provided under the Agreement and/or applicable law.
