Castelnau shall. 6.2.2.1 apply for the Castelnau Rollover Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment (“Admission”); 6.2.2.2 allot, conditionally upon Admission, the Offer Consideration to the relevant Rollover Shareholder; 6.2.2.3 instruct its registrar to, conditionally upon Admission: (i) effect registration each Rollover Shareholder in Castelnau’s register of members as the holder of the Offer Consideration; (ii) in respect of each Rollover Shareholder who has elected to receive the Offer Consideration in uncertificated form, credit that Rollover Shareholder’s CREST stock account with the Offer Consideration; and
