Common use of CASHING CHECKS Clause in Contracts

CASHING CHECKS. If a payee of a check you have written wants to cash the check in any of our offices, we may require identification satisfactory to us. If the payee does not have a deposit relationship with us, we may also require a fingerprint before we cash the check, we may charge a fee for cashing the check, or we may refuse to cash the check. From time to time, we may also impose other requirements that we consider appropriate. We have no liability to you for refusing to cash the check or charging a check cashing fee.
