Common use of Cash Severance Clause in Contracts

Cash Severance. The Company will pay to you in cash an amount equal to 12 times your monthly Base Salary, paid ratably in equal installments over a 12 month period beginning in the first payroll period following the Release Effective Date (as defined below) (or such later date required by Section 7) in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with Section 7;

The Company will pay to you in cash (i) an amount equal to 12 one times your monthly annual Base Salary, paid ratably in equal installments over a 12 month period beginning in the first payroll period following the Release Effective Date (as defined below) (or such later date required by Section 7) in accordance with the Company’s 's standard payroll policies and procedures and (ii) any annual discretionary performance cash bonus that has been awarded to you by the Board for the calendar year preceding the year in a manner consistent with Section 7;which your employment ends, to be paid on the date such bonus otherwise would have been paid if your employment had continued.
