Cash (Optional Sample Clauses

The "Cash (Optional)" clause allows one or both parties in a contract to choose to settle certain obligations using cash instead of another form of payment or performance. In practice, this might mean that a party can opt to pay a specified amount of money rather than delivering goods, services, or other assets as originally agreed. This clause provides flexibility in fulfilling contractual duties and can simplify transactions by offering a straightforward cash alternative, thereby reducing complexity and potential disputes over non-cash performance.
