Common use of Cash Management and Short-Term Investment Funds Clause in Contracts

Cash Management and Short-Term Investment Funds. (i) The Adviser shall arrange with the custodian of the Fund (“Custodian”) to have at least one Short-Term Investment Fund (“STIF”) available to be used as a sweep vehicle for the short-term investment of cash for the Fund. The Sub-Adviser agrees to use this STIF for the short-term investment of cash, subject to the limitations on investments in shares of other investment companies set forth in the 1940 Act.
