Cash-Based Performance Award. Effective on the Date of Grant, Tidewater hereby grants to the Employee a cash-based performance award under the Plan at the target dollar value specified on the Term Sheet (the “CBP Award”) subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of the Plan and this Agreement.
