Common use of Cash Amount and Cash Component Clause in Contracts

Cash Amount and Cash Component. In situations where a Cash Amount and/or a Cash Component will be applied to a Purchase Order, the Participant hereby agrees it will transfer same day funds for each purchase of Shares in an amount equal to the Cash Amount and/or Cash Component, as applicable. Computation of this amount shall exclude any stamp duty and other similar fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of the Deposit Securities, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and not of the Trust or the Distributor. The Participant hereby agrees to deliver the Cash Amount and/or Cash Component through DTC to an account designated by the Trust on or before the Contractual Settlement Date or such earlier time as may be designated by the Trust.
