Common use of Cash Amount and Cash Component Clause in Contracts

Cash Amount and Cash Component. In situations where a Cash Amount and/or a Cash Component will be applied to a Redemption Request, the Participant hereby agrees that it will make available or transfer funds in an amount equal to the Cash Amount and/or Cash Component, as applicable. Computation of this amount shall exclude any stamp duty and other similar fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of the Fund Securities, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and not of the Trust or the Distributor. The Participant hereby agrees to ensure that the Cash Amount and/or Cash Component will be received by the Trust on or before the Contractual Settlement Date or such earlier time as may be designated by the Trust.
