A Case Plan clause outlines the structured approach and specific steps to be followed in managing a particular case or project. It typically details the objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and procedures that all parties must adhere to throughout the duration of the case. For example, it may specify milestones, required documentation, and communication protocols. The core function of this clause is to ensure all parties have a clear, agreed-upon roadmap, reducing misunderstandings and promoting efficient case management.
Case Plan. A court ordered, written document that, at a minimum, specifies the type of home in which a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Child/Non-Minor Dependent (NMD) shall be placed, the safety of that home, and the appropriateness of that home to meet the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Child’s/NMD’s needs.
