Case Evaluation Sample Clauses
Case Evaluation. Align shall perform for the Customers, a Case Evaluation from a suitable impression (and, if available, periapical radiographs of the patient's teeth) to determine whether the Invisalign® System is an appropriate method for correcting malocclusion. Align shall use reasonable efforts to provide the conclusions of such evaluation to the originating Customer and Discus within two (2) business days of delivery of the impression to Align.
Case Evaluation. Contractor shall provide case evaluation services and shall consult with investigators, family members of decedents, and private medical doctors, at the request of an authorized representative of the Sheriff’s Office, to assist in determining whether specific cases require Coroner inquiry, pursuant to Government Code Section 27491.
Case Evaluation. XXX shall perform for the Customers, a Case Evaluation from a suitable impression (and, if available, periapical radiographs of the patient's teeth) to determine whether the xyz® System is an appropriate method for correcting malocclusion. XXX shall use reasonable efforts to provide the conclusions of such evaluation to the originating Customer and WWW within two (2) business days of delivery of the impression to XXX.
