Common use of Carrying Over Clause in Contracts

Carrying Over. Nurses are required to take a minimum of two weeks' time off using PTO each calendar year. PTO hours may carry over from one year to the next, however, when a nurse reaches an accrual level of five hundred fifty (550) hours, all further accruals will be cashed out in each paycheck as accrued.

Carrying Over. Nurses are required to take a minimum of two (2) weeks' time off 16 using PTO each calendar year. PTO hours may carry over from one year to the next, 17 however, when a nurse reaches an accrual level of five hundred fifty (550) hours, all 18 further accruals will be cashed out in each paycheck as accrued.

Carrying Over. Nurses are required to take a minimum of two (2) weeks' time 2 off using PTO each calendar year. PTO hours may carry over from one (1) 3 year to the next, however, when a nurse reaches an accrual level of five 4 hundred fifty (550) hours, all further accruals will be cashed out in each 5 paycheck as accrued.

PTO hours may carry over from one year to the next, 5 however, when a nurse reaches an accrual level of five hundred fifty (550) hours, all 6 further accruals will be cashed out in each paycheck as accrued.

Carrying Over. Nurses are required to take a minimum of two (2) weeks' time off 24 using PTO each calendar year. PTO hours may carry over from one (1) year to the next, 25 however, when a nurse reaches an accrual level of five hundred fifty (550) hours, all 1 further accruals will be cashed out in each paycheck as accrued.

Carrying Over. Nurses are required to take a minimum of two weeks' time off 23 using PTO each calendar year. PTO hours may may, however, carry over from one 24 year to the next, however, except that when a nurse reaches an accrual level of five 25 hundred fifty (550) hours, all further accruals will be cashed out in each 26 paycheck as accrued.

Carrying Over. Nurses are required to take a minimum of two weeks' time 15 off using PTO each calendar year. PTO hours may carry maycarry over from one year to the next, 16 however, when a nurse reaches an accrual level of five hundred fifty (550) hours, all 17 further accruals will be cashed out in each paycheck as accrued.
