Carers Support Fund Panel a) In March 2017, a restricted ‘Carers Support’ sub-fund (Endowment and Flow- through) was established within Guildford Philanthropy with a donation of £55,000 from Carers Support (Guildford) and 50% matching Funds of £27,500 from You. b) A sub-fund panel, the Carers Support Fund Panel, will consider grant applications that meet the Carers Support Fund criteria detailed in Appendix 2 and make recommendations to Us. c) The Carers Support Fund Panel will consist of 3 Members with experience of working with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and one member who will be nominated by You. The Panel will operate under the procedures as detailed under 6.2 to 6.7 above. The Chairman of the Carers Support Fund Panel will be a Member of the Guildford Fund Panel. d) Approval of grants awards under £400 are delegated to the Carers Support Fund Panel who will normally approve these by e-mail. At least three of the four members of the Panel will review the applications. The approvals are subject to agreement by Us and will be reported at each Guildford Philanthropy Fund Panel meeting. Grants of £400 and above will be recommended to the Guildford Philanthropy Fund Panel for consideration and approved by Us.
