CARE DIFFERENTIALS Clause Samples

The Care Differentials clause defines how variations in the level or type of care provided are addressed, particularly in terms of compensation or reimbursement. It typically outlines the circumstances under which different rates or payments apply, such as when a patient requires a higher or lower level of care than originally anticipated. This clause ensures that both parties understand how financial adjustments will be made in response to changes in care needs, thereby promoting fairness and clarity in billing and service provision.
