Common use of Care and Use Clause in Contracts

Care and Use. Lessee shall use and operate the Aircraft in a careful and proper manner. Lessee shall operate the Aircraft in accordance with the flight manual and all manufacturer’s suggested operating procedures. Lessee shall not operate, use, or maintain the Aircraft in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license, or registration relating to the Aircraft, or contrary to any law or regulation.

Care and Use. Lessee shall use and operate the Aircraft in a careful and proper manner. Lessee shall operate the Aircraft in accordance with the flight manual and all manufacturer’s suggested operating procedures. Lessee Neither party shall not operate, use, use or maintain the Aircraft (i) in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license, license or registration relating to the Aircraft, (ii) in violation of any representation or warranty made with respect to the insurance on the Aircraft or any term or condition of such insurance policy, or (iii) contrary to any law or regulation.
