Card Replacement. If you need to replace your Card for any reason except at Card expiration, please login to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or call ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to request a replacement Card. You will be required to provide personal information which may include your 16-digit Card number, full name, transaction history, copies of accepted identification, etc. A fee may also be assessed for expedited delivery of an additional Card; for more information about the delivery options and applicable fees, see the “List of All Fees.” For information on replacing an expired Card, see the section below labeled “Expiration.”
