Common use of Card Loading Clause in Contracts

Card Loading. Unless the Card is classified by the Bank as non-reloadable, the Cardholder may load value onto the Card at any time and at such frequency as may be required by the Cardholder, provided that the value of the Card shall not exceed the monthly maximum load requirement of the Bank. The Cardholder shall only use cash and its equivalent in loading value onto the Card, which may be done: (a) over-the-counter (OTC) at any Branch of the Bank; (b) through the ATMs of the Bank or of ATM Network Participants; and
