Card Loading. Your Card may not be reloaded with monetary value by you directly. Your rewards program sponsor may reload your Card if that is a feature of your rewards, loyalty or promotional program. Card Expiration. Your Card will expire on the date indicated on its face and any Available Balance remaining will be returned to the rewards program sponsor or its designee.

Card Loading. You may load additional amounts to your Card by making a payment for credit to your Card Account at par- ticipating merchant locations. A minimum amount of $25 and a maximum amount of $7,500 may be loaded onto your Card daily. Your available balance may not exceed $10,000 at any time. Moving Funds to Other Cards. You may move funds from your Card to another stored value card by initiating a funds transfer after entering the required account information using the online form available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by calling (000) 000-0000 and following the instructions. ATM Usage. Your use of the Card for withdrawals of cash from ATMs is limited by the balance of prepaid funds available in your Card Account. In addition your aggregate daily ATM withdrawals may not exceed $1,000.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Leave Loading 10.2 The employer and the individual employee must have genuinely made the agreement without coercion or duress.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
