CARD ACCESS SYSTEM. Tenant shall have the right to install a key card access system (the “Access System”) at the Building; provided, however, that Tenant shall provide Landlord with any necessary key cards for emergency access or other permitted access to the Leased Premises. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Tenant shall be responsible for the cost to install and maintain the Access System. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, remove the Access System upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
