The captions of the sections and subsections of this Agreement have been inserted for convenience only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement. If any term of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity of all other terms hereof shall in no way be affected thereby.
