Captions; Separability. (a) The captions of the Sections and subsections of this Guarantee have been inserted for convenience only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Guarantee. (b) If any term of this Guarantee shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity of all other terms hereof shall in no way be affected thereby.
