Caption, Exhibits. (a) The headings or captions of the sections and subsections contained in this Agreement are for convenience and reference only, and do not, in themselves, have any legal significance and shall not be afforded any. (b) The exhibits to this Agreement are hereby incorporated into this Agreement and are an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and any exhibit, the terms of the Agreement shall govern and control except with respect to the legal description or description of the Property, in which case the correct statement in an exhibit will control over the Agreement, but only if the description in the exhibit is determined to be accurate.
