Common use of Capital Improvement Plan Clause in Contracts

Capital Improvement Plan. The Parties will develop and maintain a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the Supply Facilities which will be reviewed and, if necessary, revised periodically during the budget process. The CIP may be amended at any time following review by the Partnership Committee and approval by the city councils.
