Common use of Capacities Clause in Contracts

Capacities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the parties acknowledge that the Principal Shareholders have signed this Agreement in their individual capacities, and not as representatives of the Company, solely for the purposes of the provisions of Section 1.1 regarding their agreement to vote, Section 3 regarding Co-Sale and other matters, for the purposes of making the representations and warranties set forth in this Section 6.11 and for the purposes of the applicable miscellaneous provisions set forth in this Section 6, and shall have no personal liability for any other provisions contained herein.
