Capacities. The rights, privileges, protections and indemnities afforded to the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator in such capacity pursuant to this Agreement shall also be for the benefit of the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in each other capacity that such Person serves hereunder, including as Certificate Registrar, Authenticating Agent and 17g-5 Information Provider, as applicable.
