Common use of Cap Carryover Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Cap Carryover Reserve Account. On the Closing Date, the Securities Administrator will establish the Cap Carryover Reserve Account (the "Cap Carryover Reserve Account"), which account will remain uninvested, held in trust for the benefit of the Holders of the Offered Certificates and Class B Certificates. The Cap Carryover Reserve Account will be an asset of the Trust but not of any REMIC. On each Distribution Date, Cap Carryover Amounts available pursuant to clause (xxxiii) of Section 4.02(b) will be deposited into the Cap Carryover Reserve Account. On such Distribution Date, the Securities Administrator shall withdraw such Cap Carryover Amounts on deposit and apply them, sequentially, as follows: first, concurrently, to the Class A-1, Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates, pro rata (based on the Cap Carryover Amount for each such Class), any Cap Carryover Amount for each such Class; and second, sequentially, to the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5, Class M-6, Class M-0, Xxxxx X-0, Xlass M-9 and Class B Certificates, any Cap Carryover Amount for each such Class.
