Common use of Cancellation of Previous Agreements Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Previous Agreements. This Lease contains all of the mutual commitments and obligations of the parties with respect to the leasing of the Leased Premises, and cancels, for all legal purposes, any previous representations, negotiations or agreements of any nature whatsoever.
