Common use of Cancellation of Previous Agreements Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Previous Agreements. 27.1 This Agreement shall cancel and supersede all previous agreements and arrangements (if any) between the Licensor and the Licensee or their respective predecessors relating to the subject matter hereof which in so far as they or some of them may still be of effect are hereby declared to have been superseded by this Agreement without claim for compensation or otherwise by either party but without prejudice to any rights or liabilities accrued before the date hereof.
