Common use of Cancellation of Converted Notes Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Converted Notes. All Notes converted in whole or in part under the provisions of this Article 3 shall be forthwith delivered to and cancelled by the Trustee.

Cancellation of Converted Notes. All Notes converted in whole or in part under the provisions of this Article 3 shall be forthwith delivered to and cancelled by the TrusteeTrustee and, subject to subsection 3.2(3) or corresponding provisions with respect to any series of additional Notes, no Notes shall be issued in substitution therefor.
