Cancellation of Converted Notes. Subject to the provisions of Section 6.2 as to Notes converted in part, all Notes converted in whole or in part under the provisions of this Article 6 shall be forthwith delivered to and cancelled by the Company and no Note shall be issued in substitution therefor.
