Common use of Cancellation of a Rate Order Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of a Rate Order. To cancel a Rate Order, AFEX must receive an instruction directing cancellation and have had a commercially reasonable opportunity to act upon such instruction. In the absence of such instruction, AFEX will attempt to fill the Rate Order and Client will be liable for Settlement.
