CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE. Cancellation fees are calculated based upon the duration of the Agreement, the date cancellation is received by DHRL, and the date move out procedures are completed. The Cancellation Fee Schedule is set forth on Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
