Cancellation Charges Generally. Unless otherwise stated next to the program’s rate chart, you will receive a refund equal to your Trip Price (which excludes the cost of the non-refundable Travel Protection Plan) less any non-refundable airfare/add-ons, non-refundable services fees, and the following per-person charges. Charges shown include the $300 administrative fee. Any applicable refunds will be returned to you in a manner to be determined by the Company, including, but not limited to, credit for future travel. The majority of applicable refunds are processed within 90 days of receipt of your cancellation.
