Cancellation Charges Generally Clause Samples
The 'Cancellation Charges Generally' clause defines the financial obligations that arise when a party cancels a contract or order. Typically, this clause outlines how cancellation fees are calculated, such as a percentage of the contract value or reimbursement for costs already incurred by the service provider. Its core function is to allocate the risk and costs associated with cancellations, ensuring that the non-cancelling party is compensated for losses or expenses resulting from the cancellation.
