Common use of Cancellation and Suspension Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and Suspension. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may cancel or suspend your Card, your Card Account, or this Agreement immediately, for any reason, and without notice to you. You may cancel your Card, your Card Account, or this Agreement at any time by notifying Customer Service at the number or address provided below.
