Common use of Cancelation of Treasury Stock Clause in Contracts

Cancelation of Treasury Stock. Each share of Company Capital ------------------------------ Stock that is owned by the Company shall automatically be canceled and shall cease to exist, and no Parent Common Stock or other consideration shall be delivered in exchange therefor.
