Common use of Canadian Reporting Issuer Clause in Contracts

Canadian Reporting Issuer. The Company is a “reporting issuer” (or equivalent) in all of the provinces of Canada (other than Quebec) under Canadian securities laws and is either listed on the list of reporting issuers as not being in default or not on the list of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by the applicable securities regulatory authority in each such Canadian jurisdiction, as the case may be.

Canadian Reporting Issuer. The Company is a “reporting issuer” (or equivalentwithin the meaning of Canadian Securities Laws) in all each of the provinces of Canada (other than Quebec) under Canadian securities laws and Canada, is either listed on the list of reporting issuers as not being in default or not on the list of defaulting reporting issuers or noted in default on the list of reporting issuers maintained by the applicable securities regulatory authority any Canadian Securities Commission in each such jurisdictions and is not in default of any material requirement of Canadian Securities Laws in any such jurisdiction, as the case may be.
