The certificates or other instruments representing the Debentures, and the stock certificates representing any Common Shares issued upon conversion of such Debentures, (if issued prior to the expiration of the applicable hold periods), if any, will bear the following legend in accordance with Applicable Securities Legislation: “UNLESS PERMITTED UNDER SECURITIES LEGISLATION, THE HOLDER OF THIS SECURITY MUST NOT TRADE THE SECURITY BEFORE [INSERT THE DATE THAT IS 4 MONTHS AND A DAY AFTER THE DISTRIBUTION DATE].”
