Campus Assignment Clause Samples
The Campus Assignment clause designates the specific campus or location where an individual, such as an employee or student, is required to perform their duties or attend activities. This clause typically outlines whether the assignment is fixed to a single campus or may involve multiple locations, and may address the process for changing assignments or the conditions under which reassignment can occur. Its core practical function is to provide clarity regarding the expected place of performance, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes about work or attendance locations.
