Common use of Calls Clause in Contracts

Calls. The Mortgagor shall during the continuance of this security pay all calls or other payments which may become due in respect of any part of the Collateral and the Security Trustee may, if it thinks fit, make such payments on behalf of the Mortgagor. Any sums so paid by the Security Trustee shall be repayable by the Mortgagor to the Security Trustee on demand together with interest at the Default Rate from the date of such payment by the Security Trustee and pending such repayment shall constitute part of the Secured Obligations.
