Calls. (a) The Chargor must pay all calls or other payments due and payable in respect of any Investment.
Calls. I/We shall duly and promptly pay all calls which may from time to time be made in respect of any unpaid moneys under any of the securities from time to time in the Securities Account and duly and promptly pay any other moneys which I/we may lawfully be required to pay in respect of any of the securities from time to time in the Securities Account. In default you may, but are not obliged to, make such payments on my/our behalf and any sums so paid by you shall be repayable by me/us on demand, together with any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result.

Calls. Each Chargor during the continuance of this security will make all payments which may become due in respect of any of the Security Shares and in the event of default in making any such payment the Security Agent may if it thinks fit make such payment on behalf of each Chargor. Any sums so paid by the Security Agent shall be repayable by the relevant Chargor to the Security Agent on demand together with interest at the Default Rate from the date of such payment by the Security Agent, and pending such repayment shall constitute part of the Secured Liabilities.
Calls. Make calls, conditionally or unconditionally, on the members of the Owner in respect of all or any part of its uncalled capital with such and the same rights of enforcement as are conferred by the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Owner upon its directors in this respect;
Calls. The Owner will for so long as the Obligations remain outstanding pay all sums which may become due in respect of the Security Assets and in the event of default the Collateral Agent may if it thinks fit make such payments on behalf of the Owner. Any sums so paid by the Collateral Agent shall be immediately due and payable by the Owner to the Collateral Agent without demand or notice being required.

Calls. Calls for the sessions of the Board of Directors shall be made in writing by the President, the Secretary or by the 25% (twenty five percent) of the members of the Board of Directors, or by the President of the Audit Committee or Corporate Practices Committee, and shall be delivered personally, by certified mail with return receipt, telefax, or any other means authorized by the board members to the other board members, with at least 5 (five) business days in advance to the fixed date of the session. The calls shall specify all matters to be discussed by the Board and include documentation to support such matters. The Board shall be authorized to consider or act with respect to any other matter not specified in the call when all of the members of the Board of Directors are present, or if applicable, their alternates. The call shall not be necessary if all members of the Board of Directors (or alternates, if applicable) are present in the session. Likewise, the President, the Secretary or the 25% (twenty five percent) of the members of such Board, as well as the President of the Audit Committee and the President of Corporate Practices, shall have the right to include in the Agenda the points deemed necessary to discuss.
Calls. If an employee completes a call or shift in any day and performs work on the same production, in the same department, after a break of more than two (2) hours, it shall be considered a new minimum four (4) hour call.
Calls. A call comprises ten (10) consecutive hours including make-up and wardrobe, meal and tea breaks, commencing at the time and place fixed by Practitioner and ending when the Performer is released at the time and place agreed. If the location is further than forty (40) kilometres from the call point, travel time shall be included in the call.
