Calls. I/We shall duly and promptly pay all calls which may from time to time be made in respect of any unpaid moneys under any of the securities from time to time in the Securities Account and duly and promptly pay any other moneys which I/we may lawfully be required to pay in respect of any of the securities from time to time in the Securities Account. In default you may, but are not obliged to, make such payments on my/our behalf and any sums so paid by you shall be repayable by me/us on demand, together with any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result.

Calls. In addition to making calls at your express invitation, we may call on you at intervals to review your requirements. This will not affect any statutory right of cancellation you may have. Calls will not be made on a Sunday or between 9pm and 9am on any other day.
