Common use of Calls Clause in Contracts

Calls. (a) The Chargor must pay all calls or other payments due and payable in respect of any Investment. (b) If the Chargor fails to do so, the Security Agent may (but is not obliged to) pay the calls or other payments on behalf of the Chargor. The Chargor must immediately on request reimburse the Security Agent for any payment made by the Security Agent under this Subclause.
