Calling Number Display Sample Clauses

The Calling Number Display clause governs the presentation of the caller's phone number to the recipient during a telephone call. Typically, this clause specifies whether the calling party's number will be shown, withheld, or managed according to certain privacy or regulatory requirements. For example, it may require that the caller's number is always displayed unless the caller has taken steps to block it, or it may outline exceptions for law enforcement or emergency services. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and privacy in telecommunications by clearly defining how and when calling numbers are displayed to call recipients.
