Callbacks. 6.3.1.1 When an employee responds to an authorized call-back, he/she shall receive the overtime rate of pay from the time he/she arrives to work to the time he/she is no longer required or until his/her next regular shift begins, whichever comes first. 6.3.1.2 A paged response to an emergency is an authorized call-back – clarification being a call back to duty to maintain staffing levels on a full-time truck is an authorized call back. 6.3.1.3 All firefighters called back to duty shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour paid at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times his/her regular rate of pay. 6.3.1.4 All overtime in excess of the first fifteen (15) minutes shall be calculated to the nearest one quarter (1/4) hour.
