Call out consequences. If a nurse calls out or takes more than their 96 PTO hours (not including protected time such as NJ Earned Sick Leave, FMLA) in a year, they will be removed from the Weekend Program. They may apply for another position if available. These consequences will be outlined in an agreement to be signed when the RN accepts the Weekend Program position.
