Each exercising Warrantholder shall deliver a notice in the form of Exhibit B to the Trustee and the Warrant Agent, including the certification of solvency specified therein, prior to the Call Date. Each such Call Notice must specify exercise of either (i) all Warrants the notifying Warrantholder owns or (ii) Warrants sufficient to call at least $250,000 Unit Principal Balance of Class A Units and $250,000 Notional Amount of Class B Units.
