Call Forward Features Clause Samples

The Call Forward Features clause defines the terms under which call forwarding services are provided within a telecommunications agreement. It typically outlines the types of call forwarding available, such as unconditional, busy, or no-answer forwarding, and may specify any limitations, charges, or activation procedures associated with these features. By clearly establishing how and when calls can be redirected to alternate numbers or voicemail, this clause ensures users understand their options and responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring reliable communication management.
