Call for Competition Procedure. 6.1 If the Administering Authority or any Contracting Authority decides to source any Contracting Authority Requirement through this DPS Agreement, then it shall be entitled at any time in its absolute and sole discretion during the Term to call off such Contracting Authority Requirement from the Provider by entering into a Contract pursuant to Schedule 4 (Call for Competition Procedure).
