Common use of Call Flooding Clause in Contracts

Call Flooding. To protect the integrity of its network, IG may, in its reasonable discretion and without liability for damages of any type to Customer, its affiliates or End Users, temporarily suspend or permanently block customers using unreasonable amounts of available network capacity due to auto-dialing, predictive dialing; trunk or forwarding the phone or fax number to other numbers that handle multiple simultaneous calls.
