Common use of CALEA Clause in Contracts

CALEA. Each Party represents and warrants that any equipment, facilities or services provided to the other Party under this Agreement comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (“CALEA”) as amended, including any final orders of the FCC, or final regulations promulgated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, or any other federal agency pursuant to CALEA.
